At Navera Silver, we want to get your beautiful jewellery to you as quickly and safely as possible.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched from our studio within 2 business days (Monday–Friday) from the time the order is placed.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order is shipped.

We ship all orders through reputable courier partners.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive another email with your tracking number and a link to track your package.

Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch.

Deliveries to metro cities are generally quicker than those to remote locations.

Please ensure you provide the complete and correct shipping address, including the pin code and a contact number. We are not responsible for delays or returns due to an incorrect address.
