At Navera Silver, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our 925 silver jewelry. Each piece is carefully inspected before it is sent to you.
1. Our "No Refund, No Return" Policy

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any product once it has been sold.

All sales are considered final. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing the purchase.
2. EXCEPTION
Damaged or Incorrect Item Received While we have a strict no-return policy, we will of course help if you receive a damaged product or the wrong item.

You must contact us within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving your order. Please email us at [Your Client's Contact Email] with your Order ID and clear photos and videos of the damaged/incorrect item.

An unboxing video is highly recommended as proof of the state you received the product in.

Our team will review your claim. If approved, we will offer a replacement for the same item only. A refund will only be considered if the item is out of stock.

Claims made after 48 hours of delivery will not be entertained. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
3. Cancellations
We do not offer cancellations once an order has been placed and paid for.
