• All orders are processed and dispatched from our studio within 2 business days (Monday - Friday) from the time the order is placed.

• You will receive an email confirmation once your order is shipped.

2. Shipping & Tracking

• We ship all orders through reputable courier partners.

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive another email with your tracking number and a link to track your package.

• Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

3. Delivery Time

• Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days from the date of dispatch.

• Deliveries to metro cities are generally quicker than those to remote locations.

4. Important Notes

• Please ensure you provide the complete and correct shipping address, including the pin code and a contact number. We are not responsible for delays or returns due to an incorrect address.
